Rosie is an accomplished executive leader and consultant who helps organisations lift performance by aligning strategy, culture, and teamwork. Her career includes serving as CEO of Netball Victoria and the Melbourne Vixens, and executive roles with the Geelong Football Club and Sport New Zealand.
Rosie’s contribution to leadership and community has been recognised nationally. She is a recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia, an inductee of the Victorian Honour Roll for Women, a Distinguished Alumni of Federation University, and a former Victorian Sports Administrator of the Year.
A Graduate of AICD, she brings governance expertise through board and advisory roles across education, sport, and the not‑for‑profit sector.
