Why Insights Discovery?
While we are experienced in most personality profiling tools, the Insights Discovery tool is easy to remember and apply.
This methodology uses a simple yet effective four-colour model to highlight your personal style, strengths, and the unique value you bring to your team. These are known as the color energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue.
Each of us has a unique blend of these colour energies, which influence our behaviours and interactions.

How it Works
By understanding your specific colour mix, you and your team can better navigate your thoughts, motivations, and actions, leading to more effective teamwork and communication.
There are four easy steps to the Insights Discovery process.

Complete the Questionnaire
Each team member fills out a 20-minute online psychometric assessment consisting of a range of scenarios and questions.
These questions focus on your preferences and behaviours in various scenarios.
There are no “right” or “wrong” answers.

Your Data is Processed

Your Profile
The system generates a personalised Insights Discovery Profile, which provides insights into your personality type, communication preferences, strengths, and potential development areas.
Your profile is colour-coded into four segments: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue, representing different energy types.

Profile Debrief
Your PBD facilitator will guide you and your team through your results in a workshop session, helping you understand how to apply these insights for personal development, teamwork, and leadership.
You can use the profile in team settings or for personal growth to better understand communication styles, leadership potential, and areas for improvement.
