Mal Healey is an organisational development specialist with more than 25 years’ experience across education, community services, healthcare and high-performance environments.
He has held multiple senior executive and CEO roles, leading organisations through significant growth and transformation. As Executive Director of a scaling enterprise, he helped drive expansion from $3M to $100M in turnover within eight years, overseeing both rapid growth.
Mal holds qualifications in Education and Business, along with a Master’s in Management. He is recognised for delivering large-scale organisational transformation that integrates strong culture, high performance, and long-term sustainability.
He currently serves as Chair of Performance by Design, providing strategic leadership and advancing the development of effective leaders and healthy organisational cultures.
