He was instrumental in creating Geelong FC’s winning culture, leading to three premierships in five years. Gerard’s international experience includes working with England Rugby, the GB Olympic team, and various UK corporations. Since returning to Australia, he has collaborated with major organisations like Caterpillar, Nissan, and Westpac.
