Culture trends, Leadership and Feedback – with Paul Roos

Paul Roos, legend of the AFL and Performance by Design Co Founder talks to Candy Hertz about Culture trends, Leadership and Feedback.

Paul achieved incredible success across 20 years as both a player and a coach within football. His revolutionary approach to player feedback and recognition being pivotal in the construction of the much-revered ‘Bloods Culture’, this culminated in 2005 when he led the Swans to their drought breaking premiership. He then went on to take his winning principles to Melbourne from 2014 – 2016, where a lot of what he instilled has been pivotal to the Demons successes in recent years.

Paul then took his 25 principles of creating a winning team and translated that into the corporate world as Co-Founder and Director of Performance by Design helping companies develop culture values and behaviours with a focus on process rather than outcome.
