Paul Roos, Performance By Design’s Head Coach, will continue to offer his wealth of experience to clients, and we’re thrilled to also announce that Adam Lang will join the team to lead the Real Coaching division.|
Adam is a successful Chief Executive Officer and Founder with 29 years of experience in commercial music, television, radio and digital media. He has a proven ability for building high performing teams that successfully attract customers and commercialise operations. Throughout his career, Adam has worked with and led small, medium and large organisations through the phases of start-up, growth, restructure, sale, and merger. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of the publicly listed Macquarie Media Limited until the full acquisition of the company by Nine Entertainment at the end of 2019 when he began a consulting business and co-founded Australia’s most popular business news podcast Fear and Greed.
Adam’s leadership of the Real Coaching division, along with the experience of Roosy, Gerard and the Performance By Design team, creates an exciting and unique proposition for clients and an organic expansion of the business.|
Adam’s relationship with Performance By Design commenced over 10 years ago as a client. He has seen the transformational power of the Performance By Design Real Talk program and is passionate about coaching to help individuals maximise the impact of their leadership to create and nurture high-performance teams. Businesses are increasingly recognising the value of attracting and retaining the best people to drive change and accelerate growth. Individual capacity and performance are critical, as is the ability to perform as a member of the team. Coaching helps individuals to identify objectives that are congruent with their own values and achieve enhanced emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-management, and creating an environment of trust through role clarity and empowerment of their teams. When individuals align their skills, effort, and ambitions with those of the business, high performance can be achieved in a role.
